It will eventually start if cranked long enough but sometime will set a fuel rail pressure below spec fault. I dragged it into the shop this morning to continue diagnostics. You should be able to hear the lift pump running and then stop. Leave it in the on position for 30 seconds or so. The manual says to replace fuel filters dry, so this WILL put air into the system.
