WebUnlike the normal Elder fight where you cannot obtain Watcher's Eye if Shaper dies, the drop in the Uber Elder fight seems to be completely RNG based. The Shaper must have survived throughout the entire boss fight in order to trigger the Unstable phase, and only successfully finishing the Unstable phase can have a chance to drop a Watcher's Eye. WebJun 19, 2024 · As it’s a boss drop only unique, the only way to get it is by killing Eater of World Pinnacle boss, over and over and over, since it has a very low drop rate. In 3.17, it used to be a relatively common drop, but with 3.18, it got bumped up quite high to the point it costs upwards of 6 exalted orbs 3 weeks into the league.
