Webb17 jan. 2024 · We have this exact issue, shared MBs accessed by many users, some lose their access, some don;t. Yes, you can rebuild the profile, but the MB disappears after 15-20 seconds. We have one user, managing a training mailbox, who we have rebuilt her profile 2-3x. and come the next Monday., shared mailbox is gone and profile has to be rebuilt. Webb15 juli 2024 · 1.
