I feel like I would actually use this perk if it was in the magazine slot, maybe rename it to looting rounds or something and make it only reload the weapon you're using? I straight up just never use this perk and while I acknowledge it might be good in GMs, most people just have a shoot to loot primary ... WebShoot to Loot and Tremors will work in tandem soon as well, and Subsistence is just an all round good perk to have. For PvP the best you have is #3 by far. Box Breathing turns it into a three-tap once activated, and Rapid Hit makes it a laser.
